Good Luck Hope
about.
Good Luck Hope is a newly built apartment development situated on the Leamouth Peninsula in Central London. It offers a peaceful island haven, separated from the bustling cityscape by water on three sides, allowing for maximum exposure to sunlight. Its varied levels and property types depart from the typical cut-and-paste format of London apartment blocks, creating a unique living experience for city dwellers.
challenge.
For this project I worked closely with landscape designer and gardener Beth King at Wildyards to conceptualise her ideas for a community garden. The challenge was in accurately modelling the surroundings architecture in order to best represent how light would flood into the space and feed the beautiful plant life. I particularly enjoyed learning about Beth’s selected horticulture, with a focus on somewhat ‘rewilding London’ with plants that can thrive in this environment and feed the community.
result.
The result is a vibrant community garden that invites exploration and engagement through its organically shaped raised beds. The colours and textures of both the materials and the horticulture draw inspiration from the surrounding architecture, blending seamlessly into the landscape and offering a gentle, welcoming introduction to nature.
testimonial.
Bonnie was fantastic to work with from the off. She got the brief and look of the project immediately, and her attention to detail on the images were spot on. The images she created helped me capture the transformation of the new space and got amazing feedback during the pitch. Wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
